It’s lovely to meet you.

I’m Nicole and it’s so nice to have you here. This website is something I’ve spoken about creating for a long time! Here you’ll find information on everything from yoga to lifestyle recommendations and tools I use every day – I know that some of them could help you too. I really want this site to be a community, a space where we can encourage and cheer for each other as we collectively try to navigate our way through this fast paced, and often very unconnected modern world.

When I was around ten years old, my mum read a book called ‘The Cosmic Ordering Service’ by Barbel Mohr. This book explained the power of the universe (see my blog post on Manifestation for more information), and how through gratitude and positive thinking you can manifest a life you love. I read it from cover to cover in a matter of hours and something simply clicked. Ever since that moment, I have called on the universe daily – I consider it a necessary part of my day, as natural as breathing.

Although my spiritual journey was something which came naturally, my journey into health, both mental and physical, wasn’t. Throughout my teens and into my early twenties, I had an negative attitude towards my body, resulting in an unhealthy relationship with food and suffered with various forms of anxiety, which I’m sad to say, isn’t uncommon.

I found yoga in my late teens, at a time in my life where a series of very painful events had occurred. I blamed myself and I blamed my body. As the anxiety attacks worsened I reached out to a woman at my school who had supported a charity project I had run. She invited me to one of her yoga classes, and I was terrible. I could barely touch my shins, let alone my toes, and I was about as graceful as an elephant when it came to ‘flowing’ through a vinyasa practice. But I loved it. I loved that I was starting to get to know who I am, I felt like I was coming home to myself.

I am now a qualified 200hr Yoga Teacher, teaching Fringe.Yoga Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and meditation practices. Becoming a Yoga Teacher has been the most incredible gift I have ever given myself. I’ve taught students of various ages, abilities and backgrounds. I’ve been lucky enough to have met beautiful souls, healers, light workers and general bad ass humans, who just want to do some good through the practice of yoga, and spread the message that the most important relationship you will ever have, is with yourself.

Yoga didn’t just change my life, it gave me a soul purpose. I hope that some of the things I discuss here may help you, wherever you are in your life right now.

I look forward to hearing from you and send you only the warmest love. Enjoy.
